Our process
Every couch gets the deep-clean treatment
We use professional Mytee hot-water extractors and a tight rotation of TMF cleaning products — Black Label for upholstery, Unchained for tough stains, Cotton & Linen for delicate fabrics. Multiple passes, every time.
Before any couch ships, the frame is checked, cushions are inspected, leather is conditioned where applicable, and any remaining flaws are honestly disclosed in the listing.
